The documentary explores how Jacques Vergès assisted anti-imperialist terrorist cells in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East from the 1960s onwards. It features interviews with participants such as Algerian nationalists Yacef Saadi, Khmer Rouge members Nuon Chea and Khieu Samphan, terrorist Carlos the Jackal, and lawyer Isabelle Coutant-Peyre.
