The Play House

In the 1921 silent comedy "The Play House," Buster Keaton plays every role, from conductor to stagehand, in a series of elaborate tricks and gags that constantly double back on themselves. When Keaton's character falls for a girl who turns out to be a twin, he struggles to tell her apart. Eddie Cline appears as an uncredited orangutan trainer, while Virginia Fox plays one of the twins.
